1. What I WILL and WON’T drawI will draw:
-All genders and body types
-Animals
-Humanoids
-Anthros
-Mech / armor
-Weapon design
-NSFW
-Gore
-Couples
-LGBTQIA+ characters/couples
-Scenes / landscapes
-Custom
-Other styles like Bluey and MLP-I won’t draw:
-Content promoting hate / bigotry
-NSFW for/involving minors or incest2. General terms2.1 Upon agreeing on the commission type a full upfront payment must be made unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed on. An inability to pay within 24 hours will result in cancellation of the commission, three cancellations will result in a possible inability to commission me in the future.2.2 The said commission will be started at the earliest convenience and regular updates will be made on my side (progress shots that require your feedback, like finalized sketches, lines and colors can not continue without your response, so lack of communication will only delay your product’s completion).2.3 The turnaround time can vary from 1 day for simple commission types up to two months, give or take for more complex ones.
-Queues are usually reasonable, you will be notified of delays.2.4 If there is a deadline I must be immediately notified of it. (Rush fees may be applied if it affects the queue)2.5 Under no circumstance will I provide the full sized file of the finished piece without any sort of payment.2.6 Payments will be taken through a PayPal invoice in EUR and USD.3. Regarding references3.1 I can work off of visual references (sheets, screenshots, other art etc.) and detailed descriptions.3.2 Characters which are not yet designed will produce an extra fee discussed upon the completion. (can depend on complexity)3.3 All prices on my sheet are bases, meaning they can vary depending on the complexity of the character and overall piece.4. Disclaimers4.1 The information noted thus far is applicable to private commissions, meaning my products CAN NOT be used for commercial purposes, unless stated otherwise with a commercial rights fee.4.2 I hold the full right to cancel or deny your commission, including the proper refund.4.3 Minor changes to the commission can be made, but major changes after we agreed on a sketch may have applicable fees unless the mistake is on my part.4.4 I own the rights to the artwork and am allowed to post commissions, WIPs, PSD files, and speed paints to Patreon and other appropriate social media websites, as well as use them for promotional purposes, unless we agree otherwise (examples being birthday art and other surprises for third parties).4.5 I will not tolerate any unruly behavior, harassment of any kind will result in being blacklisted and blocked.5. Additional costs5.1 Major changes after the approved sketch phase may cost an additional $5-10+ per change, unless the change is a mistake on my part.5.2 Detailed/Complex characters (wings, extra limbs, armor, complex markings, etc.) may be subject to a +10% complexity fee in bigger pieces.
5.3 Lack of reference may be subjected to a character design fee that varies depending on circumstance.5.4 Private commissions will require you to pay an additional 75% of your service total. Private commissions will not be posted or advertised in any way.5.4 If the commission is time-sensitive but realizable, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to start of work.6. Refund policy6.1 Payments are 100% refundable up until the start of the commission.6.2 I have the right to reuse any rejected sketches and poses from your commission, or from commissions that were refunded.6.3 I do not accept refunds after the approval of the second, cleaner sketch. (unless I, for some reason, am unable to deliver the final product)7. Copyright / usage policy7.1 The commissioner is allowed to:
- Re-post the artwork.
- Print the artwork for personal use.
- Promote yourself with the artwork.
*While proper credit is given!7.2 If copyright infringement is committed in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
